I accidentally clicked and rated this poorly when I didn’t mean to, and now it seems the only way I can edit my rating is if I write a review! 😅

This story is really cute and I enjoy the characters a lot. I also like how Shen Chen seems to be the more active member of their relationship now hehe.

I know some people were a bit taken aback by the time skip and the break-up arc, especially since it felt like such a chance in genre, which I can kind of understand. Some readers who read high school romances may want pure fluffy sweetness rather than angst, but thankfully this manhua isn’t too angsty overall anyway. And the comedy is always really fun!

I think the office setting offers a lot too—for example, what I mentioned earlier about Shen Chen being the now more active character in trying to get their relationship to return to the way it was.

There was definitely a bit of a tonal shift, but it’s still exciting seeing where things will go now!

Also Ren Zhichu is really cute and the art is very pretty. 🥰
